For over 30 years, founders Anthony and Elizabeth Wilder have led a passionate team of architects, designers and builders, bringing a deeply personal approach to architecture, interior design and construction under one roof.
Our team culture is rooted in mutual respect, kindness and creativity. We believe the best work happens when people feel supported and inspired– that’s why our studio is full of music, dogs, milestones worth celebrating and ideas worth sharing.

Located in a reimagined 1930s volunteer firehouse in Cabin John, Maryland, our studio is where creativity and community intersect. With over 50 dedicated professionals, including architects, interior designers, project managers, and master builders—under one roof, we thrive in a culture of collaboration, where exceptional results are the standard.
From the first sketch to the final walkthrough, our integrated process ensures your vision is thoughtfully designed and beautifully constructed, but beautifully executed. We begin by listening—then we design, build, and deliver with precision, keeping your vision at the center of everything we do.
